TS4: Sims Medieval "Bear Rug" Conversion

I love this rug from the Sims Medieval, it’s just perfect for medieval living rooms especially when placed in front of fireplaces (although who’d want this in their homes in real life is beyond me)
It comes in 5 recolors (the dark brown and white are original and the black, grey and light brown were done by me)

Credit goes to Delonariel who first converted this from TSM to TS2 before I converted it from TS2 to TS4.

The other objects shown in the pictures can be found following the links:

Here’s some plank flooring for you all. I really like to use it for my medieval buildings but they add a nice rustic feeling to modern houses as well. It’s available for both Sims 2 and Sims 4

TS4: Peasant's Tables and Kitchen Counters Set

This download isn’t anything special - I just had a need for some rustic kitchen furniture that would suit to the needs of my medieval hood’s peasant families and thought to share the results here with you too - but hey we can’t have all the sims in the game be kings or other nobles.

The meshes are all EA’s I just modified both the dining tables and the end table’s meshes to make them look simpler + The textures are made to look as if the furniture has been built of planks. This download comes in 3 recolors - brown, black and grey.

TS2: Griffin Library

The library is named after the two griffin statues located at the entrance to the library. ( In my tumblr posts from January I called it Crowborough’s library but it’s been renamed since)
It has 4 floors (although the 3rd and 4th are joined to give the floor double height.)

On the 1st floor there’s the toilets, children’s section, the archive and receptionist desk. The 2nd floor has desks for reading and the 3rd floor has armchairs. Rest of the space is pretty much bookshelves after bookshelves. Although I made this lot for my Edwardian neighborhood I think it fits well for modern ones as well.

I posted pictures of this lot ages ago on my tumblr and I then wasn't sure if I'd be able to put it for download since it had so much cc that I would die of old age before sorting out what each creator's tou's said about including the objects with lots. But it actually turned out to be less time consuming that I had thought so here it is.

LOT INFO:  Lot size: 5x5 (Like the name suggests this is a beach lot)
 Lot type: Residential
The price in the game:330 684 $

TS2: Medieval Knight’s Training Barracks

21:41 HistoricalSimsLife 1 Comments

I think this is my 1st sims 2 medieval building that I’ve put up for download and about time it is. This is the place where my knights in-training live before they can qualify to serve the king (they have to have max skills at least in logic, fitness and charisma.)

So to guarantee that there’s training dummies and archery targets in the courtyard, the library has chess boards and you can practice charisma with the podiums. The living conditions are basic: common sleeping chambers for the trainees and the commanders have 4 separate bedrooms on the top floor. There’s no kitchen because the knights have to learn to cook for themselves in basic conditions and since the 2 fireplaces in the great hall work as ovens and the shelves as fridges the sims living there can use those to prepare food.  A small garden patch is in the corner of the garden so the trainees can grow their own food as well. There’s a communal bathrooms and toilets but for those suffering from shy bladder there’s an outhouse toilet too.

Layout: On the 1st floor: weapon storage, lecture room, great hall & library / 2nd floor: common sleep chambers, bathrooms / 3rd floor: 4 separate bedrooms.

TS4: 5 Fantasy Thrones

Here’s something- this time a bit more fantasy themed -conversions from me:5 grand thrones fit for everyone from a King to a villain. Here they’re modeled by my “Loki-lookalike” sim-  Lord Alastair. They work as armchairs and can be found in that category in the buy mode. These have very high verticle & polygon counts so use with care (they’re listed under catalog every photo)

I converted these to Sims 4 from Swetoslawna's  Sims 2 conversions that can be found here.

Lord Alastair (my Loki look-alike sim) seems to deem it suitable:
